We consider the submission of your data in both cases as consent from you to store this data and we will store any name and email address you provide securely in a database. Night Owl Shows may also export this data in order to update their mailing list but in doing so agrees to store and use your data in a GDPR compliant manner and only for the purpose for which you have consented. We will store your data until you either ask us to remove it, or until Night Owl Shows decides that they do not want to continue to send emails to their fans. You will be able to unsubscribe from any email newsletters by clicking 'Unsubscribe' on the newsletter.
Really Quite Something Ltd. built the Night Owl Shows app and website and as a data processor, we store data on behalf of Night Owl Shows. Should you ever want us to entirely delete your data, would like to see what we have stored, or would like to raise a complaint then you can contact us through our website www.tunepropeller.com.
Please note that data about your usage of the app is also recorded by Apple (for iOS) and Google (for Android). They keep analytics on the usage of the app.
If you have selected to receive Push Notifications, then we will store your device ID so that you can receive these from Night Owl Shows also.
